Na’ilah Sakin, Founder and Principal Consultant

Na’ilah is a leadership and operational effectiveness consultant with more than two decades of experience leading in complex, high-accountability environments.
​
During her 21-year career as a U.S. Air Force officer, she served as a Political-Military Affairs
Strategist at the Pentagon and led the creation of a new organization, building its structure and operating capability within six months.
The organization went on to successfully pass a high-stakes inspection 13 months after her arrival.
She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Her background
enables her to bring together strategy, systems thinking, operational execution, and people-
centered leadership.

effectively, and organizations pursue strong results in ways that support the people responsible for achieving them.
